What to do about Messiah installation
 

I have no soldering experience, yet I want to get the Messiah since it can directly boot every game. If I were to ship my PS2 off to get it modded, what would be the best site for doing this? (For the record, I have a US PS2 v4, and I live in the USA. Atlanta, Georgia.)

Also, just for common knowledge, I burnt a game that had a bin size of around 675 MB, which is noticibly larger than the Gameshark2's TOC. Is there any way I can boot the back up, or do I have to wait until my system gets modded? (I currently use a no mod swap trick that works for every other game that I have tried that were smaller.)
