Quick PAL to NTSC question.
 

Alright, i figured out how to patch it from PAL to NTSC using that dos prog palntsc.exe now I figured the bottom of the screen would cut off for it being a pal... but my quesiotn is there a way to make it so the bottom doesn't cut off. or should I just only get US games.

I would suggest only getting NTSC games but you could also try Import Player which can be found at Megagames. It works great for me.
