Win CE Loader???
 

What is the windows CE loader, i mean what the heck does it do? can somebody plz tell me, thanx.

alright,.. i might have this wrong,.. but,.. sega was in bed with microsoft, and microsoft developed wince. all those little mini movies on the dreamcast games are sofdec movies,.. a sofdec is a modified mpg(mpeg) file. wince is the program that allows those movies files to play. i think. i wouldn't quote me on that. that's why the dc will play vcd's and such.

WinCE is a sort of "Windows light". It's the DC's operating system. That's one of the reason why it has been so easy to rip DC games by connecting a DC to a computer.
