CD-R - burning on the memory left over

Is there a program that lets you write on the CD-R more than once? I mean, if you burn a CD and you use 300mb and you would like to add something to the remaining 400mb space of the CD, well is there a program which can do that?

I know it can be done but thats a program on the mac called toast, I need one for the P.C.

Can someone please tell me the name of the program and where I could download it from.

cheers,

You could create a multi session cd in most programs - try Nero.

You could also use a packet writing program that won't close the session so you can use the cd like a floppy disk - but the cd will only be readable in that recorder until you close the session.

But give Nero a go with the multisessions.

I have nero already

I have nero, but is that the only way to do it?
I was thinking more along the lines of coming back to the C.D later and adding information to the blank part. You think that cant be done?
Thanks for that anyway because I didnt know you could do that.

multisession means to record a session but not finalize the cd. that leaves the cd available to have more info added to it.
