Gta3

When i try to patch to v1.11 it gives me an error
is there a v.10 save gamefix?

1: Try patching the game with the original unmodified .exe.
2: Gta3 save files are untouched when u patch up to v1.1

i dled the game so i dont have a unmodified gta3.exe
