Try This
 

Why not try burning the Video Selector Cd, Pref to CD-RW or DVD-R to test and see if your Xbox will boot that. A good test to see if you machine is working. If it dont, then either the media you are using is poor (Which is most unlikely) or you haven't Soldered correctly.
