Not riopped right.
Your rip is a different size then the one that the patch was written for. Pretty tricky endeavor. I do alot of DVD to VCD/SVCD/DIVx encoding. There are too many variables that go into determining the output's file size and quality. Even if you use the EXACT same settings, you may get different results because of different version numbers of the utilities, different firmwares on the drives, diferent ASPI drivers,.....the list goes on and on.
If you don't have a mod chip solution--GET ONE!! I hate to be a prick about it, but you are on your way to a designer set of drink coasters if you continue down this path. If you have a mod chip installed--even the cheap ones--you most likely won't have to worry about the no mod patch. Even so, the DVD check subroutines.....correcting the TOC....cutting the DVD content, then stitching in the rips....WHAT A FREAKING NIGHTMARE!!! Buy the DVD's from a rental store's previously viewed bin. If you consider the cost of the energy to keep your PC running for 3 days, all the trashed CDR media....not to mention the overall headaches and the cost of Tylenol--you'll come out cheaper in the end (or at least break even!).
Good Luck!
