I know that NEO2 damage the PS2 laser unit, but...
my laser unit could be damage even If I never played backups games?
I have a doubt if this modchip burn my laser unit even if I don't play backups...

It uses the Scex signal irrespective of backups present. So it can screw your laser anyway. Rip it out and put a Messiah in.

How can I take off this chip? How can I take off the solders?

Just use dome fingernail clippers down at the solder points if you dont want to de-solder them. But be careful, and dont leave the wire stubs too long.
