DVR A03 Neo v2. HELP!!!
 

My son had his PS2 chipped with the neo chip 6 months ago.I have just bought an A03 dvd-r picked up some discs and backed up his jak&daxter.I placed the dvd-r in his ps2 switched it on and I get the dreaded red screen.The discs I got are the cheap Vivastar as I dont want to waste discs if I cant get it 2 work.Do I need a AR2.

(as you can guess I am pretty thick at these things)

you will need an ar2 (older version) to boot dvd-r's, possibly some better quality media also.

What version of AR2
 

There seem to be different versions of the AR2 the older being version 2 maybee.Cheers paul for your help.
