a couple questions
 

1. Is it possible to make a 1:1 copy of a ps2 game?
2. What about a ps1 game?
3. Do no-sod mods damage your ps2?

1 yes the game but not sony protection so mod chip is needed
2yes same as above
3 not that i know of but it has many reported problems booting certain games dvdrips inparticular i think
