Backup import help !!
 

hi all,
i recently got the messiah chip proffesionally installed and it works fine.

Anyway i got medal of honor frontline usa dvdr backup and i just cant get it to work on my pal ps2.

is there any method to boot usa dvdr backups ?

please help !

You don't describe what you mean by 'cant get it to work'.

The PAL PS2 doesn't care about USA games - they play if properly burned and NTSC comes out the back.

So exactly what is happening?

when i put in the disc in the tray i press the reset button and it doesn't load the game and the ps2 logo doesn't come up.

i have tried out other dvdr's from the uk and they work fine

Then quite simple the DVD-R is a bad copy.

Did you burn from a KNOWN GOOD WORKING original? If so, what type of media are you using? Any other backups you have on the same media work? Sounds like maybe a BAD BURN or CRAP media......
