No solder mod chip problem
 

I recently installed a no solder v5 mod chip and now my ps2 no longer works. I bought a new ribbon cable thinking that was the problem. When I turn it on the green light comes on but the blue eject light doesn't. I get no picture or sound and the cd tray wont open. What the hell happened?
