Hi,

You can play NTSC backups on a chipped PS2 aslong as your TV can output the NTSC signal, usually fixed with a decent SCART LEAD.

Now i have a PAL NEO2.2 MODDED PS2.

you can boot DVD rips aswell as normal backups if you have a chipped PS2. So what are the exact problems your having with your GT3 rip??? need a little more info like boot cd used, errors encounted whilst trying to boot, etc etc
