Anyone able to backup original game disks. Tried Clonecd but wont work.

Yes, I used clonyxxl 2006 and clonecd 4001. Now you have to either use Hide CDR Media to play the backup in the burner (hopefully yours supports 96 and efm because morrowind is safedisk 2.51). Or download the no cd fix (the one for both the launcher exe and the game exe along with the registry fixer.

The reason you want the no cd thingy is you get more in-game fps by getting away from the constant copy protection checking of the cd. Though you will have to do a full install, of course.

Imanaged to copy and setup the game using clonecd 3.3.4.1 but it asks for proper cd to run. I sthis the safedisk thing you guys are talking about??? Does cdmate work better . I noticed in one of the other forums something about cd writers that cant copy safedisk protected cd's mine is a Samsung 24-10-40 is it ok???

I used Win ISO then Burned it then USed the NOCD crack and it worked perfect.
