enabling AWS and hide cd-r media

how do you enable the "AWS" option when writting and enable "hide cd-r media" option. I have the latest and greatest clonecd and a plexter 24X10X40

Change your regional settings in your Control Panel to somewhere other than USA/Japan.
Try Canada
