Largest TOC DVD?

What is the largest TOC dvd? Is it devil may cary, or is there a larger one to get?

And also, does the TOC size matter (I think it does...) when using the no solder mod chip?

Devil may Cry is the largest one there is 4.37 gb its the best to boot with if you have a chip where you to boot with
