help with hitman codename 47
 

ok i got game installed perfectly and i played through the training mission fine but when the 1st mission starts to load it gives me a unknown error and closes the game. can someone please tell me how i can possibly fix this problem so i can finally play the game.

do you have hte latest drivers for you vid card? do you have the latest official update for the game?

unless this is question is regarding to a backup, you should ask this at a general game forum. e.g. sharkyforums.com also provide more info on you setup. eg what os you have

ok i have just put in the latest patch(build 1.92) and i got the latest vid drivers and still no luck and also i have windows 98 and also it is a backup of the original game and it installs perfectly like it should and until the start of the 1st mission the games runs perfectly but than gives the error.

Does it have the same problem when played from your original?

If, it does have the same problem, then this is not a backup issue and as packer suggested, it's probably best to address the issue on another type of forum, which might be of more help to the problem you're having.
