I need Pal to Ntsc patch for Marvel vs Capcom and X-men vs Street fighter
 

I looked for it but can't find it anywhere. Is it hard to make these?
Anyone have them or working on them?

did you mean ntsc-2-pal if so i know where they are but if not i will keep looking

Hey Buzzon, how ya doing? I'm in canada here and i need Pal to Ntsc. I did alot of searching but still came up with nothing so i asume that nobody has made one up. Thx for Feedback.
