Tekken4 cd-r rip and the No Solder R version 5
 

I have the CD-R rip of Tekken 4 that is missing the movies, but I cant get it to work. I get to the little screen that has the Ryu from the Puzzle Fight games, but when I selct all characters and hit start, it goes blank and thats it.

I tried everything I could, from different options to making it PAL... nothing has worked. Will it just not work with my mod chip? I figured it would work since it gets to the screen. Do I need to apply a patch? I thought I might need to do that, but I think it has a patch all ready, so would it screw up the image to patch and image that is already patched?

Well.. Kalisto's trainer has a bug or something.. you've to download the new PATCH/FIX and apply to a CDRWIN image taken from ur CD.

NOTE: The image must not be applied with a SWAP-TRICK patch before..

with the R-MOD no solder chip there seems to be a TOC limitation of 650mb...so any games that are larger than 650 will not play with the R-MOD im afraid.

not sure about TEKKEN 4 but heres a list of games that will NOT work with the R-MOD no solder chip :

hold on...ill grab my back up of TEKKEN 4 and see what size TOC it has.....its 623mb so it should work ok.
