BlindWrite 4 Anyone use this yet?
I have MOHAA (the original cd) and looking to make a backup because I can't really afford to buy another copy if it the cd screw's up. Blindwrite states it can make a copy of ANY cd, protected or not, has anyone tried blindwrite 4 ? or has anyone made a WORKING copy of MOHAA with another program .:D

It's claim that it can make a perfect copy of any protected game is a half-truth.
Copying the protections is dependant on what hardware you have also. And then there's also copy protections like Tages that at the moment are not copyable. My advice is to download Clone CD (which does the same job as Blindwrite but in my opinion better), and Clony XXL which will give you the correct settings to use in Clone CD. Clone CD is also hardware dependent. |
Thanks,
I do have CLONECD 3 and have made a copy of MOHAA, when i install the disk the pop up screen come's on saying play, install etc... I press play, but it keeps telling me to INSERT CD. Just curious if there is a way to burn it better so that it can run off the copied cd, without having to use the NO CD exe. |
first: i like blindread/-write, sometimes more than clone cd :D
only some burners are able to copy sd2. here you can find a list of burners which are able to do this: http://cdcloning.insomnia-online.net/ and here is a tutural how you can copy cds with blindread/-write http://aws-function.itsplace.de/engl...ebersicht.html greets InSOMniA |
