Someone help!

I hope someone out there can help me with this... I want to know how to make a no-mod patch. I can't seem to find any tutorial on how to do so. The no-mod patch, is a patch that brings the TOC under 640MB (re-ripping doesnt seem possible because the 700MB iso is 2GB when extracted and I dont know how to repack it...if you know how to do that, that would help too). This is necessary for no-solder mods. Is there anyone who has had any success in creating one? I've been at this for a while now to no avail, and I'm hoping one of you can help.

1st, wrong, spiv.de does not have any tutorial on making my own no-mod patch.

2nd, I've had a DVD-R for over a year now, and if you read the original post before making smart-ass comments, you'd see that I don't want your advice on what media to back up onto, but how to make a no-mod patch
