I NEED Ps-X-Change

I Really Need a Ps-X-Change bootdisk as i have the new model PSones the really small one and i really need a bootdisk as my psone is not modded and i know that Ps-X-Change bootdisks work without a modchip, so i was wondering if anyone has a
Ps-X-Change bootdisk and if they could make it a ISO and send me it, if u have a Ps-X-Change bootdisk then PLEASE email me at The_Brama_Bull1987**********com
i really need this

Sorry to break it to you but unless it's the original copy of the boot disk it will also be missing the boot information, so if you were to burn a copy of a boot disk you would need a mod chip to play it. So you can either mod your psone or buy yourself a boot disk, try www.easybuy2000.com, they sell them for a decent price

buzzon 06-05-2002 18:40

boot disks suck (thats my opinon) get yourself a good mod chip.

having a fitted mod is alot less hassel than the bootdisc.

does anyone know where i can find out how to install a mod chip? I have an unfitted psx 7001 and a friend just gave me a mod chip, but i don't know what kind it is or how to install it. All I have is the chip and wires and I don't want to damage my playstation trying to install it, any help is appreciated. thanks

buzzon 07-05-2002 07:39

how many wires does it have and ask your friend where he got it. most chip are sodered to different points on the board,so you must know the correct points it soder to.

buzzon thinks im a smart ass.

I have a psxchange 2 bootdisk and i like it cuz it was free. its not much more of a hassle either. i would rather swap a disc than let some odd nerd kid open up my psx and take it apart and solder wires to it. i just bought a new psx too so i dont want nobody to mess it up. thats why i got a bootdisk.

if that didnt make sence to you its because im really tired

PSXpirate 07-05-2002 20:35

actually if you wanna buy the disc online they have a better deal at www.liksang.com then that easybuy2000 site. theyre 16.80 US dollars and shipping is 5 US dollars to anywhere in the world. and it has price conversions for a bunch of different currencies. including canadian.........buzzon.

Thank you for the help, I just installed my stealth 3 mod chip tonight. My backups are working perfectly, now i'm in search of good sources for iso files, if anyone knows any i'd appreciate it if you shared your wealth of knowledge

PSXpirate 09-05-2002 21:19

your not supposed to ask that, but if someone changes the rules for some reason, i would like to know too.

buzzon 09-05-2002 21:19

hey psxpirate you got a good point about letting some one you dont even know open up your system that you paid hard eared cash for.but on the other side a boot disk can be a hassel i guess.and no i dont think you are a smart ass,i was just joking.
