VCD from DVD
 

I have a CDRW 12x drive and a 16x DvD drive I wanted to copy the dvd onto CDRs and make them VCD's Is there a specific guide I should look at (sorry I checked to old post)

If not what programs do I need and basic instructions please?

Get DVDx, e.g. It is easy to use. After the dvd is ripped use nero and create a vcd.
