problems with patches :( ,Global Op ,MOHAA and the other one
ok hiya dudes im new here, but ive been reading the forum for a week or two which lead me to buy a lite on 24 burner, a nice bit of hardware if i do say so myself.
ok i burnt three of my games "Global Operations" "MOHAA" and ..crap ive got mental block..anyways.. all three backups installed without a glitch, but it was only after trying to play the games i guess the security kicked in. i thought no probs ill just replace the .EXE with the cracked ones on GCW..only prob is..i couldnt get em to work with G.O. i applied the lastest update 1.2 then the cracked .exe on GCW but it was a no go..went as far as the intro movie then ka-poot when loading to the options screen. i even tried the cracked .exe for just the 1.0 (before updating i mean).but no go :( same problem with MOHAA and the other game, oh wait i remembered Disciples 2. but D 2 was weird as the game loaded to the options screen but..the screen itself wasnt showing but if i clicked around with the mouse it would go to different sections with only part of the screen loading....ahh i dunno any suggestions of what i might need to look for ? |
Does it work with the originals? If not then its your configuration and/or hardware.

oooooooookay..just a hint to the dudes, remember to update your 3d card drivers . i had been trying to get my backups to work from my bros comp as thats where i installed the burner. and after doing everything right didnt know why the cracks werent working  but it turns out he hadnt updated any of his Drivers since LAST CENTURY!! literally  i mean his direct X was dated 1999..so after razzing him calling him Vic 20, and Commadore64 for a while he updated them :D and presto! Global Ops worked Beeeeeeuuutaafully..havent tried Diciples2 but i figuring similar prob there..ok that was a D'oh! moment in my life..
