No there is none.

does anybody know when it might be released?

Have you tried searching the forum? There are tons of threads about die Gilde, but still no cracks for the updates. The only option is using beta patch 1.1c which is between 1.0 and 1.01. Its available on GCW. I personally use Daemon to play the game. Takes a lot of room, but since there is no NoCD...
