unusual THPS3 quirk
 

This backup game will work flawlessly, EXCEPT for the levels that are a competion. The goal oriented boards work fine, but when you try and run any of the 3 competions, it freezes....

do you think that this is a problem associated w, the master disc?

i am using:

Pioneer AO4, Ver 5 NTSC, GS2, No Solder Mod.

thoughts?

your problem could be the NO SOLDER mod.
i have a cpoy of this game and it works fine although i have the MESSIAH.

it just seems odd that it wont play just the competition levels???

all other work flawlessly.

and from what i have read, the messiah is not available for the NTSC V.5....?
