plex 16\.\. vs philips 1208
 

Hi i looking to buy a cdrw i own a lg 8080 but can you tell me which would be the best to backup safedisk2 with clone, some mags say philips cos of the 4mb buffer others say plex cant afford the plex 24\.\. so i would like some help on that . thank you.

ps i was thinking of philips 1208 or the plextor 16\.\

Keep in mind that although a Plextor 16/./. can be used to copy a SafeDisc v2 CD, you won't be able to use it except by playing the CD in that drive.

Otherwise, I have been happy with mine... I wish I did a little more research first, though, as the limitation I mentioned above is a little bit of a piss-off.
