ive read lots of the posts about which versions os PS2's and versions of GS. at walmart i saw v1.8 and 1.9. which would be best for my v2 playstation? thanx in advance, mat :-)

Both versions, 1.8 or 1.9 should work fine with a v2 PS2.

Yes, gameshark2 v1.4 or higher if you have a v4 PS2.
