Medal of Honor and the v1.11 patch
 

I currently use Windows XP and I play Medal of Honor v1.0 just fine, but when I try updating it to v1.11 I get the following error. I'm positive I have the US version of Medal of Honor installed. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Yep the one from the Medal of Honor Site is knackered. I had to download it from a different site. Use this one

If you are still interested...you obviously have a press version which is not quite finall. All you have to do is modify one registy key to look like this:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\EA GAMES\Medal of Honor Allied Assault\1.1.12.200

instead of:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\EA GAMES\Medal of Honor Allied Assault\1.1.12.130

Patch away....save games won't work anymore due to patch!

its because you are using a no-cd crack for v1.0. uninstall mohaa then install it back along with the 1.11 patch. then enter the 1.11 no cd crack and you will be fine.

I may have spoke too soon...

1. Installed version 1.0
2. I fixed the issue of the press version in the registry
3. patched to version 1.11us
4. no-cd patch for 1.11

Now I can't play the game at all... I can go through the menus though.
