dvd+r compatible with PS2?
 

Can someone tell me if dvd+r is compatible with the playstation 2?
I know the dvd+rw are not. I have the modchip. And do you know how big dvd video games are, would they fit on one 4.7 dvd+r? Thanks for your help!

DVD+R are worthless for PS2 backup.

Can you tell me why DVD+R are worthless for backups for the PS2? Do you know what dvd blanks are compatible to the PS2?

only dvd-r are fully compatible.
the + formats are entirely different.

what's the difference
 

What's the difference between the dvd+r and the dvd-r.
And why doesn't the dvd+r work on the ps2.

it's an entirely different format. it's like trying to read a DVD in a cd drive.. it's just not possible.
