Mod-chip help!

I dont no which mod-chip to get: the sbox external or the neo key external. Please tell me which ones better and if u bought 1 did u have n e troubles installing it???? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!! THANX!!

Then which m-c should I get? I have a US V3 PS2.
