Does anyone knows what a file should i open to find the strings

- 0000c45c and change 0200 0424 TO 0100 0424
- 0000c2a4 and change 0200 0424 TO 0100 0424

- 001770BC and change 2200 0424 to 0100 0424
- 00196D3C and change 2100 0424 to 0100 0424

on THPS3 PAL (German)???? because i think our good friend Crosser forgot it....
