Please HELP!!!
 

Ok, here's the problem: I have just bought an used PS2 with Neo 2 modchip, and (obviously) I have my Action Replay v2 too. Now, I have rented Pro Evolution Soccer (original), and I WANT to backup it...but I can't! I first used Nero to make a simple copy, I booted it with my AR boot disc, the game starts but it crash just a little after, just before the intro! I mean, the game asks me the language, load memorycard settings, and then crashes! I suppose a patch/crack will help, as I heard everywhere on the web! I'm from Italy (PAL), and I've dowloaded a patch (NTSC-2-PAL, it is the only one I've found), but it doesn't works, Cdrwin says me that "image doesn't match" or something like that! I have used Cdrwin, CloneCD, Nero, but I can't manage to backup this game! HOW CAN I DO?? PLEASE HELP MEEE!!! Thanx a lot!

I've copied it without using a patch just using CDClone, it may be down to how you write it i.e. What mode "SAO, DAO etc". I think I wrote mine on RAW DAO.

Yes, I have CloneCD, but I don't understand how it works! I mean, I choose the third options from the left, but I can't burn anything! Is it because I have only one CD slot, and the burner is in it? I have not two CD slots, and the program seems to need them! Is there any way to burn (with CloneCD) anyway, or I need two slots, one for the CD-ROM driver, and another for the CD-R burner? I have "all in one"! Please ANSWER ME!

P.S.: what does "it may be down to how you write it i.e." mean? Sorry, but my english isn't fairly good...

Sounds daft but i had a neo 2.2 in my PS2 once and THPS3, Splashdown did not work But when i got my neo4 they worked fine.

all i can say is if you want to play them get a neo 4 or messiah alot of people on this board lean towards the Massiah but which one you get depends on what you want with the messiah it boots all backups and all original imports , the neo 4 disables micrvision so you can record dvd's on to vhs it disables the region code and you can boot all backups and originals but it does not boot original import games.

No need of Messiah or Origachip now! I made it! I just burned it with CloneCD, as Del and Dust2Dust (Thank U very much, guys!) said! It has been easier than I thought, now I understand how CloneCD works! Thanx a lot to every1!!!!
