how to burn .bin and .cue files
 

I'm new to this so bare with me. I've downloaded dragon ball gt final bout. I've unpacked it and got two files which are dragon ball gt final bot-bin and .cue file. How do I burn the files onto a cd using Nero? I can't use cdrwin3.8 because it's not compatible with my driver.
