Has anyone tested mitsumi cr-4804TE and SD2
 

This is a mad burner and i can copy everything but so far i have mixed results with SD2 anyone else? i use clone cd and sometimes blindread/write...

I have copied B&W just today, working copy in my burner and cdrom, i have also copied RA2 successfully as well!
I dont select anything i let my burner read the image and when done i burn at 1 and 2x successfully. maybe i should try 4x?
I have firmware 3.0d...im using clonecd 3.0 the new one!....i have also been successful using the 2.8.4.3. too!
Maybe im lucky?

Weird... CloneCD help file says it can't do correct EFM decoding.Can u run some more tests please? Oh, I almost forgot. Have you used any cracks?

Im Not saying that your a bullshit artist but....
i have tried to clone b&w in with about every combination of settings via clonecd and the backup never works, so i gave it to my friend who has an acer and clonecd and he did it for me...
if you have really have done what you say you have then can you post me some details of the settings you used and can you assure me that your runblack.exe file is not a fixed or cracked file....

Mitsumis [4]CANNOT[/4] do Safedisc 2.

i have a mitsumi cr-48x5te and have just backed-up black and white.
isnt black and white protected with sd2?
so why say mitsumi's cant do sd2 bot?

Because that is what Ollie, the creator of CloneCD, says

That is for you to do, and while you are at it detail all the other brands of cdroms your backups work in.

ive tried my back up version(black and white)in a few types of cd roms and its worked in all of them except dvd drives

There´s a new Mitsumi burner out there. Its the 4808TE. Burn proof, 8 mega buffer. Does anyone know if this burner is able t duplicte safedisc 2. (it´s a 16x8x40 cd-rw).

can you tell me your settings for read and write and confirm that your runblack.exe is the origional file... ie not cracked!

i used detect to set up cd clone and just read it with x4 and wrote to disk at x4 its not a cracked version
