No-CD crack for Warlords Battlecry II
 

Does anyone know where I can find this crack? I have the original game, but by CD doesn't work under WIN2K, so I connect to the drive on my other computer on my network. But the game wants the cd in a local drive....:mad:
Anyone working on this one?

no-cd crack would be awesome
 

I bought warlords battlecry 2 and enjoyed it greatly. I thought one of my "friends" would enjoy it too and loaned him the cd...he just bailed out of california and moved to florida. a no-cd crack would be very cool so I can play the game while I try to get another disc from ssg/ubi.

I never sent it to Megagames! It got released on a private board where I'm one of the moderators, just as a 'quick n dirty' hack to help one of the members, one of them must have spread it!

I've even seem one of my patches on a Chinese site??

I have found "my" fixed exe of who wants to be a millionaire 2nd edition on megagames, too, but I ´have never sent it to anyone but gcw. I do understand that some of my fixes can be found on gamefix, but.......

Same to me. I've send some patches only to gcw. Next day they were at megagames. Hmmmm....do they download them here and...
By the way, to type gamecopyworld is forbidden in the most forums for example megagames forum. But gcw links mg. What is that about ?

I tried your NOCD Dr A. Sorry to report it didn't work. I got the same results for the 'fix'. You can enter multi-player games, but not the full version.:(
Guess I'll have to wait a bit longer...

I've applied the 1.02 patch and then copied Dr. Apocalypse's fixed exe over it ... and then I made a no-cd crack. (I've already sent it to gamecopyworld...)

shit, the nocd doesn't really work! every menu item is no longer disabled but when u try to start a game.... it doesn't work :( maybe one of you crackers (when the my nocd gets on gamecopyworld.com) should give it a try to fix that... I am not even a newbie (that was supposed to be my first game crack :))

Doesn't that just p@#$% you right off. You know how to do something, you know you did it right, and it still doesn't work. Then you find out, the program you based all your work on, is no good....

I checked the crack today. DrA's crack works fine if..........
you copy a 1byte file called WBC.DAT from the CD into your installation directory.

I would test a crack very good and on several systems before sending it to gcw.

Well, that figures....'learned me, huh'. Shoulda known better. I keep giving other people s@*&# for not reading the directions.

Unfortunetly, I still need the nocd, so I can run this over the network.....
