tray doesnt eject help needed

i need help. I have a PS2 v4 with neo 2.2 and the tray doesn't eject when i tried to boot DVDr's.

Can i boot dvdrs with this version 4 board and neo 2.2 ?

your install is prolly not complete then. all 8 wires need to be connected for the EA trick to work.

and also try to install the condensator. Its a little chip with 2 ends wich you have to solder. Dust2dust knows more about it

it's actually not a chip.
you need a 1 uf, 100 V capacitor, + side to the chip, - side to pin 2 on the board.
without that capacitor, the neo WILL destroy the laser. also, you should add a resistor to further lower the signal leve.

yep, very true.
my ps2 had a neo 2.2 for a whole 3 days before I ordered a messiah.. and it works perfectly.
