Have you landed on NEO4 because you have an NTSC PS2?

No its just that it disables microvision so you can record DVD-VHS and aslo you can play any region dvd without having to use the dvd-RegionX.

I could go for the messiah but it does not do multi region dvd or disable microvision.

saying that I have heard that there going to put this on future messiah's .

how much would it cost to upgrade from a standered messiah to the on with Multi region and microvision

don't forget that the neo 4 does not play dvd-r without swap, and no imports at all either.
I'd think using a messiah and a dvd region X would be the better choice.

Neo 4 will not work on a v5 not to mention its a crap chip that never should have been released. I have several friends with neo4 and all complain. If possible buy a messiah, if not try origa-chip or the new novachip, aka-origa clone. LOL Anything but a neo4.
