FileForums - STR refuses to play/convert...

I am very experienced in converting PSX .str files into AVI's... but for the first time, I've found a game that refuses to work with me.

PSMplay, PSXvideo, PsxMC, PSX Multi Converter, PSXTulzs, STRplay... none of them can play these STR's. All I ever get is a Black screen/rainbow pixels. (sound works fine, though)

Sometimes, opening/playing the STR's crashes the entire program!

Obviously, the company encoded these STR's with a different codec that all these programs aren't used to. Even analysing the CD gives the same result = Black video, good audio.

Can anyone crack this sample STR (1 of many)?
