PSX backup Q's (new here)

hey guys.. i was wondering...

1. how to burn a psx game WITHOUT need of a chip
(i know this is possible but does anybody here know?)
2. what stuff do i need?
(programs, black cds,patches etc)
3. can you keep it simplified?
(thurough, but simplified blow by blow tutorial..i dont know exactly how to navigate this site..weird)
4. is ther a certain kind of cd i need to make so i can play them on my ps2?
(like burning a boot cd on a black cd)
5. would a gs2\codebreaker help for booting ps1 cds?
(or perhaps a GS lite)
6. what would i go through to burn games like ff7-9
(multi disk possibly encoded games)

last but not least...
~~can somebody tell me or possibly burn these to psx format?
ff1 (nes)
ff2 (snes)
ff3 (snes)
ffmystic quest (snes)
fflegend 1,2,3 (gb)
ffadventure (gb)
secret of evermore (snes)
legend of mana (snes) *or was it secret? hmm...
zelda link to the past (snes)
( something like taking an rom of it and doing...)

Take a look at psxcopyworld, you can find several tutorials there that will help answer some of your questions.

If you need any further answers after this then just shout.
