Working Copy possible?

I have been trying to make a working copy of Sims Hot Date and have been unsuccessful.

I have used ClonyXL with CloneCD and still know success. Can someone help?

its possible, but maybe not for you. you should give some hardware information in order to receive help that applies to you. otherwise, all we can say is, "Yes, its possible"

I'm using an HP 9100i. If you need more info let me know.

have you checked www.elby.de for information specific to your writer? specifically, if it does not have any dots beside 'correct efm bit patterns' or however that reads, then your writer cannot write a copy without using AWS option. even then, you must either use hide cd-r media or play the copy from a non-writer.
if there is a dot (i doubt it), read the disk raw and click fast error skip, then use AWS and raw-dao at write time. good luck, and i hope you use a cd-rw to test ;)

You should be able to copy Hot Date with the Plex24X no problem. Use right settings? Hide CD-R Media? Firmware 1.02 or above?

you will find the settings by searching a litle in the forum...

well kcodd, not to be rude, but didnt you say living large was safedisc 2.51 ? what would that make hot date ?

in all honesty, hot date is 2.4, and should be laughed at by a plextor recorder.
