Problem with CDRWIN

i have a problem with CDRWIN i have downloaded some things that i'd like to burn off of cdr win(.bin and .cue files) and i think CDRWIN is the only software i can use...anyways my problem is that when i press any button to record the disc it says this:

"NO CD ROM RECORDING DEVICE WAS FOUND ON THE SCSI OR IDE BUS!"

now i have to tell u that I only have the CDRW installed(i mean i dont have an extra cdrom on another deck)

so any help will be kindly appreciated.
thanks.

I am pretty sure I have it installed because CDRWIN asks if I would wanna install the ASPI drivers and I said yeah.

A lot of gamez, appz etc are in .cue/.bin format. Saying you downloaded it from the net, there isn't much else that I could imagine you downloading legit in this format - there may be exceptions sometimes, but not likely
