primo dvd errors
 

i have successfully backed up dvd games with primo and pioneer a03 and played them on my ps2.
but just recently when copying games such as state of empire
and gta3, on creating a global image it gets to about 92% and a message comes up completed with errors and of course it does not copy an image file to my hard drive.
please help, damsal in destress.

I reckon you should go to the PRASSI support site and download the "px engine" upgrade. This will split the .GI file into 2GB chunks suitable for your FAT32 or FAT hard disk environment.

Does that make sense? These games total more than 4GB I reckon and your hard disk structure can't handle that size file.

Charlies answer worked for me ,while your on the site you could try ugrading your firmware to 1.68 if you have not already done so
