Use ClonyXL English Final to determine settings then start CloneCD and burn each disk to image file.
Patch disk 1 (Game disk) with Betablocker and burn to disk.
Burn disk 2 (Data disk) as normal.
Both disks install and work fine with 'Hide CDR Media ticked in CloneCD tray - No CD patches needed!!!!

Worked for me :)

I used a Plexwriter 24/10/32A for reading and writing.

did you try without betablocking ?
and with what firmware (px24a)?
