pal patching
 

Does anybody know of a program that will patch ntsc to Pal format.............of any type of game, be it a dvd rip or cd.......

????

I think that whatever game you need to patch from NSTC to PAL or visa versa you will need to download the individual patch from gamecopyworld.com

I'm not experienced in doing this but that is what I have been led to believe

I agree with Dell.
You do have to supply seperate patches for each game.
It's the patch engine that you use to do it that stays the same.
If you coud fit a messiah chip in your model of ps2 that would solve everything, no patches, no disc swapping of anykind required.
