Problem with SD2
 

I've a problem with the new SD2.51 copy protection.

To read my cds i use my Samsung DVD and to burn the image files i take my Acer 2010A. All other versions of SD2 (to 2.40.10) was no problem. I could make an perfect 1:1 copy with CloneCD.

When i make a copy of an SD2.51 game without using BetaBlockerSD2.51 or AmplifyWeakSectors (CloneCD) i got the "Insert Original CD" Message.

When i burn the image with using BetaBlocker2.51 and AmplifyWeakSectors the game crashed after checking the cd.
It take up to one minute for checking and then comes a errormessage game.exe make an error in ~df..... .

What can i do to make perfect 1:1 copys of SD2.51 protected games???

Hi mate...u have the same problem that plextor 24x has......it checks the cd but when checking the keys(last part od sfv2 check) it tells u a .tmp error......something missed.......even with betabloker the check fails......try blindsuite..but wait for a new version of cloneCD or a firmware upgrade....i had success with a few games but most of them failed....let's wait...........

It is possible to copy MOHAA with the Plex 24 (using BB). So it may work with the Acer.

As stated above - read the image from your burner (usually better). Read to image a no more than 4X with Fast Error Skip checked.
Patch with BB.
Burn at no more than 4X - and Don't tick AWS.
Use 'Hide CD-R Media' if playing from burner.
