R-mod-patching?somebody please help!
 

hi. i was wondering whether the R-mod requires games to be patched or not.
i've heard that the mod is a neo2.2 on a circuit board-but why would it connect to the dvd drive?
but i've also heard that its just a clever tray opener(more likely).if the later being the case,surely games would need patching for dvd checks?
p.s. do mods requiring patches need them on just cdr's, or dvdr's aswell?:confused:
