Cant any one please point me i the right direction
for a good ftp down load programe

Try one of the following progs.

LeapFTP, FTP Voyager or CuteFTP

LeapFTP is a fav of mine, very easy to use.

Have a good search around and im sure that you will be able to find an evaluation version to download.
