FIFA 2k2 Difficulty
 

I have copied myself a backup disc of FIFA 2002. Therefore I can keep one at home and keep one @ my holidays house. Anyways, when installing the backup CD I encounter a problem. I put the serial number in, no worries there. But next it asks me to insert disc 2 for the ..\FIFA202GC.ddl. file. Now I never even got a disc two! I bought the game second hand and I only got one disc. Is there anywhere I can get the above file? Anyone got it? or is there a way around it?

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.

These game does not have a second cd.
You have copied cd1 wrong way, so setup can't read the file and ask for it.

Installing the game from original cd, setup don't ask you for cd2. Or?

I'm not exactly sure to tell you the truth :confused:. A mate did it for me because he has a burner. It goes through the installation process fine for a bit before it stops and prompts you for the CD. It starts fine but then I can’t complete the setup due to the fact I lack that one file. Do you have the game?

well guess what i have a full working backup of this game to and never heard of that file or cd 2 lol

This game is only one CD..If installation question u to insert a second Cd be sure the copy is not working 100%. If it works in ur friend's computer this is due his cd-r unit or drives...sometimes one type of units read betters than others do.Try to read from other drive or get a new copy...

Explanation: Installshield checks a lot of times if its .cab and .hdr is correct. If something goes "wrong" when writing and the .cab are not perfectly burned (without errors....this is why games are in mode 1 format) then...installshield will ask u for the next disc or data3.cab file if installs from cabs or file.xxx if installs from cd root.
