i just want to know if your firmware for your cd rw sony 140e is 1.0n. and if is not the good where i can download new driver and what is the firmware please .:)

Yip that is my firmware, the 1,0n. i still use the same firmware as when i got it! :)

thank packer i keep my firmware . but now i try at 1x read and 1x write read subchannel data from data on ,read subchannel data from audio track , write mode don't repair subchannel data .I think the probleme is i read cd too fast you think ? thank for your help

thank all i never ask another question about securom new i think i have understand . Maybe ask for another one ;) . And i try another time with this setting and with a good cd low read low write and if not working i put my writer in first trash i see :p .Thank again all for your patience i'm a french guy and i have some probleme with your pc word like make an ``iso ``.Have a nice day :D

don't tick don;'t repair data subchannel....as he said. i have never used that option. i read everyting at fullstpeed excetpt sd2

hello all i have try with these setting and it's a fail again . i have try on cd rewritable like diablo install but not working and diablo 2 install work on rewritable. i have testpath and i check the two cd copie and original and they sayd error reading file e:D2EXP.MPQ . i try again on good cd and i give you my result :( . Your are lucky boy with your sony packer .

are you saying that you couldn't back up daiblo and the expansion? they are both securom new! the sony should do it.

The expanion mya have ATIP code, i am not sure, so try hide cd media option

that's it i have make a good backup of my diablo 2 install on a cd rewritable . But not good for expansion fail on installation. I take my backup of diablo and i install it without probleme when the game are full install i upgrade to l.o.d and the probleme start. i put diablo lord of destruction the installation start good but in the middle he ask me for diablo exp and my backup cd is inside . i have try to install in my dvd and i have try to install in my writer with cd tray with hide option on too. I can install diablo in my dvd or not . i have install diablo 2 game backup in my dvd.Why i can't install expansion in my dvd too it's because the atip or not ? how i can detect atip? thank a lot

atip is only a factor on cd-rw drives. im not sure why u cant burn on dvd, but atip shouldnt be the reason

maybe i have another protection on cd ? my files original and my copied files are same d2.exp.mpq 238 mo ( 250 156 780 octets) and if i check with test path i have an error on files of my backup. my friend have the cd original too but the d2exp.mpq have 239mo (250 707 968 octets ) whats is this ? if you understand something help me
